Duties and Responsibilities:
Biomedical engineering (BME)
is the application of engineering principles and design concept to medicine and
biology for healthcare purpose (e.g. diagnostic or therapeutic). This field
seek to close the gap between engineering and medicine: It combines the design and
problem solving skills of engineering with medical and biological sciences to
advance healthcare treatment , including diagnosis, monitoring and therapy.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree is the first step for engineering because
most careers in the field require the degree as an entry level requirement.
Biomedical engineering often combine formal training in mechanical and
electronics engineering with focused biomedical training to operate confidently
in the field.
